This 40W Driver is a Constant Current LED Driver which supports a range of set currents (Ampres [A]) to suit a range of products. It is relatively small, non-waterproof and runs from mains 230V AC.
It is TRIAC dimmable from 0 to 100%, depending on the dimmer brand you are using; please ensure your dimmer is capable of dimming to 1% if you wish to dim to this level. You can use this driver with our Kiwi Mains Wall Dimmer, set to trailing edge setting.
Set the required Current to a value between 300mA (0.3A) and 1050mA (1.05A) via the dip-switches located at the output end of the driver (under the plastic cap). The maximum voltage required for the LED proudct must fall within the voltage range specified for the set current (see the list below).
