All the prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST.
IN STORE
We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit card and contactless (payWave, Apple Pay etc.) payments in our showroom at 4 King Street, Frankton. We do not accept cheques.

PHONE
We can accept credit card payments over the phone. Call us on 0800 LEDSTUFF (533788) or 07 974 4911, and one of our friendly staff will securely enter your card details into our Windcave payment gateway. We do not store your credit card details, so your information remains safe at all times, however this does mean if you are making payments on separate occasions, you will need to provide your details each time.
PAYPAL
To use PayPal, select the PayPal Express button under "Payment Methods" when checking out online. When you click Place Order, a secure window will pop up for you to enter your PayPal login details and complete payment.
CREDIT CARD
We do not charge a fee for credit card purchases, including contactless payments in store. We accept Visa and Mastercard EFTPOS, debit and credit cards. Online payments using credit cards are processed via a secure gateway provided by Windcave. We do not receive your card details, so your information remains safe at all times.
3D SECURE
3D Secure (3DS) is designed to make online shopping transactions safer. It is a set of rules that provides extra protection for merchants and customers for online payments, and helps prevent fraudulent transactions. It is used to authenticate the cardholder during payment processing, similar to entering a PIN for an ATM or EFTPOS transaction. We take your privacy and data security seriously and we do our best to provide a high standard of protection for our customers against online credit card fraud and theft.
On 18th August 2023, we enabled 3DS Version 2 on our website to provide an extra layer of security. Version 2 is the latest and most secure version, published in 2016.
When ‘Credit Card’ is selected as the payment option at checkout, customers are redirected to an external payment page hosted by our gateway provider Windcave. The new payment page includes 3DS. If a credit card is enrolled for 3DS, the customer may need to enter a code as an additional step to entering their credit card details. This is then verified by the card issuer. Once the issuer has verified the code, the customer is redirected back to our website and the purchase will be finalised with us.
Most major banks and financial institutions automatically enrol their customers for this service, and 3DS is a feature on a growing number of websites. If you have not enrolled your card, and your provider requests verification from you via our website, you will not be able to finalise your purchase. If your card declines, please contact your card provider to make sure you’ve signed up. If you are still having trouble, feel free to contact us or use a different form of payment, such as bank transfer or PayPal.
HOW IT WORKS
1 Cardholder enters credit or debit card number on payment page.
2 Cardholder may be asked to verify their identity - this could be a request to enter a one-time code that has been sent to their mobile phone or a password only known to them. The issuing bank of the card used has control over what details are needed to verify the cardholder.
3 Authentication details are provided to the cardholder's issuing bank.
4 Transaction is completed.
