A direct replacement for halogen or metal halide fittings, our LED UFO high bay lights produce a super bright cool white light equivalent to a 220W metal halide. They last many times longer and give a very consistent light output with a wide spread of light. This makes them suitable for general lighting applications in warehouses, factories and any application where there is a high stud.
They runs directly from mains 230V AC and come with a mounting hook, 2m long power lead and 3-pin mains plug ready for easy installation.
The unit is rated IP65 so can be used in refrigerated units and other damp conditions, however the plug itself is not waterproof, so should be housed in a waterproof junction box where necessary. It is made from aluminium and polycarbonate (PC) and constructed with good quality 1W Philips 3030 surface-mount LEDs and an internal built-in driver for elemental protection and extended lifetime.

This model supersedes our HBLC150CW, with the body of the unit being slightly different in construction and dimensions. The output of the light is slightly brighter at 16,750 lumens.
