This flexible COB LED strip light is the perfect solution for decorative lighting! It has the continuous look of a traditional COB strip, but it chases when used with a digital controller. It is cuttable every 100mm, so each 'Pixel' is 100mm long. Digital control gives the ability to set the colour and brightness for each pixel individually via our Digital Strip Controller, or other third-party compatible controllers.
It is constructed with a very flexible circuit conducting strip on which the LEDs are mounted, and comes with an adhesive 3M backing. Once purchased, the strip light can be cut at 100mm intervals. These cut lengths can be joined or run from a separate power supply making it very versatile.
Although this strip light is sold per meter, it comes in 5m reels. Please tell us when purchasing what lengths you require, otherwise your order will be made up from single lengths up to 5m in one length. For example, if you purchase a quantity of ‘3’ we will send it to you as a single 3m length.
If you require custom lengths (multiples of 100mm) made up from your purchased amount, purchase a strip light wiring service for each additional length and specify the lengths you require in the comments field during the checkout process. For example, if you purchase 2m in total and want 1x 1.5m and 1x 0.5m lengths.
You must purchase 1x wiring service for each additional length (1x wiring service is already part of the strip light length); failure to do so may delay your order shipping in a timely manner, as we will have to contact you for additional payment.
The standard wire length supplied is 200mm. If you need more wire length added to your strip, simply add multiples of 1m lengths of 3-Core DC wire to your purchase, and specify what you would like in the comments section.

This strip is non-waterproof - we do not currently stock this strip in a waterproof option.
This strip has a 3-wire input: positive, negative, and data. An extra positive and negative can be wired to the start of a new roll so that it can be powered separately. The data line is taken from the end of the previous strip, so that they act like a continuous section. The total length that can be run will depend on the controller used - our digital controller can control up to 1000 ICs (approx. 100m in this strip).
PLEASE NOTE: THIS STRIP LIGHT IS DIRECTIONAL - THE DATA WILL ONLY RUN ONE WAY ALONG THE STRIP. THERE ARE SMALL BLACK ARROWS PRINTED ON THE PCB AND THE POWER/CONTROLLER MUST BE CONNECTED AT THE CORRECT END.
