Common use for this strip is for commercial applications, such as an addition to an existing control system that is common negative based.e
This is a highly specialized strip that is not commonly found on the market - and may very well be the only one available in New Zealand!
In all other appearances, this has the same specifications as our brightest common positive waterproof strip in our collection! It is constructed with 120 2835-sized RGB LED's per meter on a flexible strip circuit, encased in an IP66 soft flexible tube, and an adhesive 3M backing.
It puts out a nice bright 780Lm per meter in combined light, and the higher density of LED's reduces the appearance of dots when installed in a aluminium extrusion.
Once purchased, the strip light can be cut at 50mm intervals, and cut lengths can be joined or run from a separate power supply making it very versatile.
Although this strip light is sold per meter, it comes in 5m reels. Please tell us when purchasing what lengths you require, otherwise your order will be made up from single lengths up to 5m in one length. For example, if you purchase a quantity of ‘3’ we will send it to you as a single 3m length.
If you require custom lengths (multiples of 50mm) made up from your purchased amount, purchase a strip light wiring service for each additional length and specify the lengths you require in the comments field during the checkout process. For example, if you purchase 2m in total and want 1x 1.5m and 1x 0.5m lengths.
You must purchase 1x wiring service for each additional length (1x wiring service is already part of the strip light length); failure to do so may delay your order shipping in a timely manner, as we will have to contact you for additional payment.
The standard wire length supplied is 200mm. If you need more wire length added to your strip, simply add multiples of 1m lengths of 4-Core DC wire to your purchase, and specify what you would like in the comments section.
