These are very bright RGB LEDs in a PLCC6 5050 package that can make any colour in the visible spectrum! They have a wide 130-degree angle lens for extra visibility.
These LEDs also have no common connection as both Anode and Cathode are available for each LED. This enables the designer to choose which end to make common (if any) in the circuit.
