This SMD LED module consists of an array of 21 LEDs in a single surface mount package. It is designed to be mounted on a heatsink, where an aluminium plate is usually adequate.
When driven with 700mA, the entire LED consumes 6.5W of power and outputs up to 580 lumens, making it 90 lumens per watt efficient.
