This SMD LED module consists of an array of 18 LEDs in a single surface mount package. It is designed to be mounted on a heatsink, where an aluminium plate is usually adequate.
When driven with 120mA, the entire LED consumes 1.1W of power and outputs 100 lumens, making it 90 lumens per watt efficient.
