230V rope light is priced per meter, but sold in multiples of 2m.
This LED rope light is perfect for use as feature lighting in both home and business environments. It has been particularly popular where movement of light is required. The rope light is designed with two internal wires running 36 bright LEDs per meter and is powered directly from 230V, so it does not require a power supply.
A 2-wire power cable is required to run this rope light. It is very easy to connect and setup. The rope light can be cut at the cut marks located every 2 meters. Purchase the exact length you require, or buy more and trim as needed.
LED rope lighting is 35% brighter than incandescent rope and is a 100% solid state design meaning there is no glass or filaments to break. LED rope lighting is the most durable of all rope lighting and lasts for up to 50,000 hours.
The rope light itself is waterproof, however the end cap and power cable connections will need to be sealed for outdoor use. To have this done for you, purchase the power cable and end cap as well as our waterproofing service.
Whilst the rope light is waterproof, it is not suitable for installation on roofs or other areas where it is exposed to extreme temperatures. It is suitable for under eaves and handrails etc. where some protection is provided.
The rope can be cut to length, but must be cut at the marks which are located every 2 meters.
