Combining the flexibility and light spread of LED Strip Light and the ability to run long lengths like LED Rope Light, our LongRun Strip is an ideal product for background lighting or decorating your home or work where longer lengths of lighting are required.
LongRun Strip consists of a flexible circuit conducting strip with 60 5050 LEDs per meter coated with a protective rubber. The SMD LEDs give a wide consistent spread of light and the Long Run Strip is powered from 230V AC so lengths up to 50m can be run from a single power cable.
Once purchased, the LongRun Strip can be cut at 1m intervals and cut lengths can be connected with a joiner or run from a separate power cable.
LongRun Strip is IP44 waterproof so if you wish to use LongRun strip in a humid or moisture prone environment we suggest purchasing our Waterproofing Service where we will seal the joins with silicone.
Although LongRun Strip is priced per meter, you may purchase single length multiples of 1m. For example, you may purchase a single 10m length.
Important: You need a 230V power cord with rectifier to power this strip.

Dimming LongRun Strip
LED LongRun Strip is dimmable, but there are a few catches. Firstly, as with all LED lighting, the dimmer needs to support the low wattage of LED lighting. Our KIWI Electronics Wall Dimmer runs down to 10W, so it can dim the Long Run Strip if you have 2-3m or more. Typically, you can get a dimming range of 20 - 100%.
The full range of the dimmer is not required, so use the minimum setting on the dimmer to adjust.
All LEDstuff products are supplied with a warranty that the item is free from defects in materials and workmanship.
This item is covered for 12 months from the time of sale.
In the event of a warranty claim, LEDstuff reserves the right to repair or replace the product where applicable.
Faults due to misuse, alteration, normal wear, or accident are not covered under warranty.
