This LED High Bay linear unit is a direct replacement for Halogen or Metal Halide high bays. It is equivalent to a 370W Metal Halide and will last much longer. They give a very consistent light output with a long, wide spread of light, making them suitable for general lighting applications in warehouses, factories and any application with a high stud. They are perfect for lighting between bays of shelving or pallet racking.
This light runs directly from mains 230V AC. It comes with mounting hardware - mounting brackets for attaching directly to beams, and chains and hooks for suspension, ideal for hanging the light level when the ceiling is sloped.
It has an injection moulded 3-pin plug with a 1.6m lead, ready to connect a 230V AC power source. The unit is rated IP65 so can be used in refrigerated units and other damp conditions. However, the wire connection itself will not be waterproof and should be housed in a waterproof junction box. It is made from aluminium and poly-carbonate (PC) and constructed with good quality Philips 3030 surface-mount LEDs and an internal built-in Meanwell HLG driver for elemental protection and extended lifetime.
