When you replace your indicator bulbs with efficient LED bulbs, your indicator can hyper flash at a much faster rate. This normally indicates a blown bulb; however, in this case it is due to the reduced current draw from the LED bulbs.
This indicator relay is a drop-in replacement for almost all European cars and it will flash your indicators at a normal rate. They are specifically designed for running LED bulbs.
The connections are as follows: B(49) = Battery, L(49a) = Load, E(31) = Earth.
