This is a holder for a standard G4 type bulb that is ceramic. It can be pushed into place by friction-fit and/or glued. The G4 bulb simply plugs in and is held in place by friction on the bulbs pins.
The holder has flying wires which can be cut and trimmed as required and connected to the power source.
