Festoon String Light 15M 15 Bulb - Drop Fitting - Warm White + Multi-Colour

These lights are great decorations for functions such as weddings, birthdays, New Year and Christmas parties.

This model features hanging sockets that allow the bulb to hang to a level of approx. 20cm below the main cable. One festoon string consists of 15 sockets with clear plastic bulbs. Each bulb is dual colour - warm white plus either red, green, blue, yellow, or purple (these are fixed colour and do not "change").

Set the colour to warm white or multi-colour, or choose a mode from the 8-setting IR remote control [you must point the remote at the reciver box to change the setting]. You can also turn the string on and off with the remote, change the brightness, or set a timer which will turn the string on at the same time each day [the time you pressed the button], and turn off again after 6 hours.

Each string is a total of 15 m in length, including a 2m long lead between the power plug and the first light. There is 95cm of cable from the connector to the first socket, and 95cm between bulbs. They are made with a 3-pin plug integrated power supply, and so run directly from 230V mains power.

Strings can be joined together to make longer lengths - there is a waterproof connection at the start and end of each string, which can be used to join two lengths of festoon light strings together, from a single power connection!

Each socket has an eye at the top to be used for installation. The festoon light string can be installed either by a) using a screw through the eye directly into timber, or b) using cable ties to attach the socket via the eye to a supporting guide wire. These fittings should not be suspended by the cable.

This product is rated IP65 for outdoor use in protected areas.

Please note these do not use traditional bulbs, so they are not replaceable.
