This Dimmer unit is designed to be used with a DMX system for superior light control! It can be operated via any Single Colour (Dimming) or 3rd party DMX systems.
This is a slave/decoder unit that takes a signal from a DMX contoller (sold separately) to control any dimmable 230V Mains Voltage LED products such as Dimmable LED Downlights, or used to control low voltage LED products via Triac Dimmable Power Supplies.
It uses DMX512 standard protocols, and has a digital numeric display with buttons to set the address of the unit (001 to 999), or it can be set by the DMX Master via the RDM function.
It has forward-phase (leading edge) dimming or reverse-phase (trailing edge) dimming as optional, and the minimum brightness level can be set between 1 and 40%.
The unit has two channels so that two sets of lights can be controlled separately from a single decoder.
