We currently only deliver within New Zealand unless by prior arrangement. If you would like to arrange a delivery outside of New Zealand, please contact us.
Orders are dispatched via courier next business day unless otherwise advised. Tracking details are sent to your nominated email address from our automated system when the order has been scheduled for pickup by the courier. Please allow approximately 2-3 working days to most urban addresses or post office boxes. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural delivery.
Returns
All goods are covered by LEDstuff's 2 year warranty and are tested before shipping to meet LEDstuff's high quality standards. Any products that don't meet our customers expectations may be returned in original condition for a refund or replacement.
